This is the second time we’ve stayed here and we love it. It’s affordable and central. The rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is also such a great add on especially when travelling with younger kids. Lots of choices and very fresh foods.

The only thing that let it down was the fact we waited for over 20 minutes for the lift, to get down, one morning!

The only thing good was the renovated room and the pleasant service. Other than that everything was very poor, swimming pool old and outdated, breakfast with no salads of any kind, restaurant not working for lunch or dinner and the lifts (5) of them but hardly ever working more than 2, waiting time about 10-15 minutes, more than you wait for the Trams

The room was very nice and wide, but the parking and elevator were crowded and busy. Coffee capsules were available on the first day, but none were replenished afterward.

The property and facilities are run down. The pool is in need of a good clean and upgrade with broken concrete and dirty tiles. At least 1 lift was always out of order which was frustrating during peak times. Rooms were cleaned daily however floors were never vacuumed during our stay so there was always sand under your feet which inevitably made it into your bed sheets!! Would also be handy if the hotel supplied some sort of clothes line/portable drying rack to dry swimmers etc. On the upside, the gym facilities were quite good and the breakfast was excellent (although you had to wait a long time to get your omelette as there was only 1 chef cooking them).
