Reception checked me in late. I missed the event I flew down for. Reception staff were rude. My sink didnt drain at all. My pillow had lipstick and a boot mark on it, sheets had hair in them. Worst $900 I've ever spent.

The location of this stay was good, but it definitely feels like that’s all you’re paying for. The room was much smaller than we were expecting. The bathroom was tiny and had no ventilation? The design of the shower also meant that water got all over the floor. The kitchen-ette was lacking in space. Bed was clean and comfortable. The TV had instructions to connect and stream from a smart device, but the connection is so bad it either kept freezing or disconnecting. Parking was not easy, and we were lucky to even find a spot even though we paid for it?

Obviously the property is older and currently undergoing upgrades and maintenance. Room was nice enough with ocean views. It was quite loud in the hallways. We could even hear the elevator ding quite loudly. Checkin was fast and friendly. No parking included which wasn’t obvious prior to booking.
