The room was spacious and great view albeit seaspray on windows. Clean. Reception amazing. The room/property in need of maintenance- ripped binds, mouldy not working properly. I expected more. Taking view into consideration not worth it.

Location is perfect for walking to Cavill Ave or catching the light rail and the reception wss friendly and helpful. However, the property is dated and could do with an uplift, but the cost probably reflects this. Overall a great place for a short stay.

The things we liked about the apartment was the great view sitting in the lounge suite looking at the view was just like being on a cruise ship The place is situated close to shops and great restaurants we would certainly look ar staying there in the future and where it is situated I think the price was reasonable

Staff very friendly and willingness to help you where possible, location close to shops and across the road from beach. Just like to see some sound proofing in the room windows and frames the close properly you can hear everything from the road at night, yelling, cars reving engines etc,

Thought the room was excellent with the exception of the bed which was so uncomfortable it was hard to get a decent sleep Also the bedroom requires an air-conditioner it was very stuffie and if the weather was in the 30 dec it would be too hot to sleep
