Property managers were amazing! Credit to the resort. Great views from apartment canโ€™t complain. As is lots of Surfers building noise and truck noise was at times deafening,all day beep beep from machines reversing and loud bangs from various activities. Price for rooms likely reflect this. I would recommend the resort just on the basis of the Management team being so friendly and accommodating. As was my experience the apartment was lacking good equipment,pots and pans are old and need replacing.All knifes blunt etcโ€ฆI think the owners have to step up! I know there is abusers of your items, though I am sure they are few and far between. Regards

Great location ! Our stay was 7 nights . Modern apartment and quite big but the bed was absolutely awful . Low to the ground and hard thin mattress . No TV in the bedroom and too cold at night to sit in lounge room. Limited ocean views from our room level 6 / 11 . Pool area not very inviting but we didnโ€™t use it anyway in July . Winey Cow cafe under apartment was really great !

Avoid if you value cleanliness, respect, or basic decency. The only thing going for this place is its location. Beyond that, it's a parade of disappointments, starting with the paper-thin pillows and basic furnishings that barely scrape by under the label of โ€œbudget-friendly.โ€ But the real issue? The utter lack of cleanliness. One of the toilets had visible brown stainsโ€”yes, fecesโ€”despite a sticker claiming it was โ€œhygienically cleaned and ready to use.โ€ When we raised this with management, instead of an apology or even a room change, we were smugly told we could โ€œfind another hotelโ€ if we werenโ€™t happy. As if thatโ€™s realistic during peak season at the Gold Coast. They knew full well we had no other options and used that power imbalance to brush us off. It was insulting, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. On top of that, youโ€™re given one towel per person for a five-night stay. No fresh towels unless you rewash the same one yourself. Need beach towels? Youโ€™ll have to rent them. There are some kitchen utensils, but donโ€™t expect even the most basic cooking essentialsโ€”youโ€™ll need to buy your own salt, pepper, and oil if you plan to cook anything at all. And in case you thought you were paying for a full-service stayโ€”youโ€™re responsible for taking your own trash out to the external bins before checking out. Oh, and the pool? Closed for a full day and night due to maintenance. Not mentioned anywhere when we booked, of course. Yet we still paid in full.

Look No Further - This place is awesome

What an amazing location! Beautiful sea views, a coffee shop with great food in the building ! A subway and 7 eleven in the building! And some incredible Main Beach / Tedder Ave restaurants all in walking distance. We will be back! Guest parking , undercover parking, sauna, indoor pool, outdoor pool, gym.... the place is absolutely brilliant. I will definitely be back. Photo ithe view from a 2 bed ocean room at night - how gorgeous is that!

Disappointing

Not our first time staying here but this time we felt the unit was โ€œtiredโ€. It is not what I would describe as โ€œsuperiorโ€. We also thought the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. There is a complete lack of storage for pantry items. I doubt we will return.

We have stayed here a number of times now, we always book a deluxe one bed apartment. Unfortunately we have struggled to get one that has everything it should and if they do I would say the condition of the fixtures like flooring and sofas etc are below parr. The resort amenities are great though so it's a compromise but all in all nice stay.
