Property was beautiful and the staff accomodating. Pool was amazing and well maintained, great for kids. Only disappointment was the poolside bar closed at 5pm, didn’t seem right to not be able to drink poolside after 5pm.

When we checked in we had to wait 10 minutes to be served at the reception. The room had broken biscuits on the floor from the previous people staying there. The shower has lots of hair and the floor overall was very dusty and not clean

Very warm, professional welcome from Shane, clear directions to self park and helpful directions to access the beach from the hotel. The lobby is beautiful and afternoon tea with the pianist is a highlight.

The hotel is showing its age with most of the furnishing scratched or ripped and needs a refurbishment. Good food, excellent first class service and awesome gym. There was a wedding on, so unfortunately we were not allowed to use the pool and very dissappointing

Property was impressive to say the least. The Staff were very helpful and friendly and while we didn't use the dining facilities of an evening, the breakfast buffet was delicious and dining room service exceptional!

Our room had a very bad water damaged cabinet which is central in the room which was a bit ordinary and detracted a lot from what should be a high end quality hotel, seeing this old water damage and the age of the some of the furniture in room made us feel somewhat disappointed. There was nothing is the room from snacks to drinks etc and on arrival they take a $300 deposit I’m not sure what for? Staying at the QT would be a much more enjoyable stay. The actual hotel, lobby, reception and pool area is absolutely beautiful on arrival 2 beautiful Rolls Royces parked out side and all your thoughts are wow until we got to the room. The photos online are definitely much nicer and seeing the property I’m sure they have some great rooms maybe because we booked through Expedia and got a discounted rate we got a room that matched the rate.

Loved our stay. Room service was hit and miss. My fiancé loved his wagyu pappardelle however my chicken was so overcooked it was inedible. The big spa bath was a great feature. Pillows aren’t actually pillows… they’re blankets folded up and put into pillow cases. Wasn’t the best for my neck. Overall though, we loved our stay and will be staying there again!
