Property is in great location. Has 2 pools!! Indoor and outdoor, both heated with spa, sauna, gym etc. Large clean rooms.

Apart from the location and the reception desk we would not recommend this accommodation. Problem were 1) the drains were smelly 2) to walk back into the room from outside to odour was vile 3) to walk out of the bedroom each morning the odour was vile 4) shower/bath frame was grotty 5) mould on the shower/bath tiles 6) the light over the vanity was not operational 7) the fan in the bathroom was constantly running 8) the washing machine had an odour 9) bedside light/shade was broken and the light was not operational 10) bedroom tv was not fully operation/lack of programming, even after we requested it be fixed, it was not to any standard and lacked the programnes that was showing on the main tv 11) the was not a/c in any of the lifts and to go between the basement/ground floor to level 8 it was like a sauna, that is why the sliding glass door to the balcony and the windows adjacent were left opening to take the hot air out when arriving on level 8 12) coming from the lift at basement level parking we found ourselves dry reaching with foul odour on that level 13) balcony chairs were dirty and brittle 14) there was thick green/black mould on the balcony hob with weed growth as well 15) limited toiletries were provided (soap,etc) then you had to buy your own. The smelly odour have been mentioned by previous patrons in reviews, but it seems nothing get done to make it better 11)

Even though the hotel is a bit dated the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Kate) The location is simply the best, right across from a tram stop, close to restaurants, a supermarket, the beach, everything

Location is amazing, it is an older property so it is a lot larger than more newer builds. Unit had everything we needed, a few maintenance issues lights in kitchen needed changing and shower door came off mid shower but front desk very receptive to getting issues resolved. Will definitely be back sometime soon

Loved the location, variety of restaurants to choose from. Handy to supermarket and great shopping at Pacific Fair. Easy to use bus and tram services. Accommodation is very spacious, full modern kitchen facilities. Definitely will be returning next time on the Gold Coast!

The reception staff, security and the Manager were really lovely. There were a few minor maintenance issues but as soon as I let them know they were onto it. The building is getting old but it was clean and as well maintained as possible - was a convenient location also!

the 2 bedroom unit was just right for me and my daughter to have our own space and do our own things but still be together. it was just what we both needed. i could not fault the accommodation, facilities and service. we will be going back as soon as possible

Property was great only problem was they had advertised that the room had a king sized bed. We booked the room on this basis. On arrival we were disappointed to find only a queen sized bed. Other than that the property was great and was well located in the middle of everything.
