Great stay. Spacious, short walk to shops and beach, tram at doorstep, ocean view and could see whales in the mornings, clothes rack and washing basket very helpful. Major downsides were the 5.30am garbage trucks - which woke us up every morning - and the extremely slow lifts, sometimes waiting 10 minutes to get to pool or to ground. And it would be helpful to provide some additional dish soap and washing powder as these are thing you can't really purchase in small quantities and is then wasteful if you have to buy then throw out at end of stay.

The location was amazing and we used the G tram everyday. It was so easy to get around. The restaurant strip on the next corner was also great. The apartment was mostly clean but could do with a good dusting under the glass tabletop and the tv units. Otherwise our stay was great and we will be back.

Staff were welcoming and attentive firstly, easy check in etc. Room was on the higher floors - so great views across GC, had all the usual amenities inside, was modern, clean a short stroll to any number of restaurants and especially dessert shops (Yo-Chi and Gelatissimo!). Not a brilliant coffee shop culture in the vicinity but the coffee shop under building was OK. Swimming pool was good - but only got morning sun - midday/afternoon it was in shade which is a shame! Kids loved the ping pong table! All in all - pretty good place. Had a great time.

The shower head was small and unenjoyable. The amenities were limited. Only one flat sheet was on the bed. Car parking was ambiguous. We received text messages that were not relevant to our stay. It took some time to get a lift as one was shut off to allow for people moving into one of the apartments. The back of the remote was missing which made staying with an 11 month old a bit nerve wracking. It was clean and tidy. The view was great and the proximity to the tram and restaurants was great.

Large and comfortable.

Large apartment with a gorgeous view (we had a 2 bedroom ocean view). Good location, not far to the beach, restaurants, shops, tram. We did find it a little noisy during the windier times, the doors and windows whistled loudly. I did also find an old nail (stick on) behind the bathroom door so may need a more thorough clean. Beds were comfortable. Tv in the main area is super large and there’s tvs in the bedrooms. Air con in the bedrooms and main lounge. We would love to stay again for sure.

We would recommend this for a stay in Broadbeach.

We were very impressed with the size of the apartment and the views. The kitchen, unfortunately, was very under resourced for those of us who want to do our own cooking. Two saucepans had been put away dirty, by someone. There were quite a few vases of fake flowers, that really weren’t needed to that extent. The public facilities were good, but seating around the pool was very limited, especially when a family of six took over half the sun beds. Two of the reception staff ladies were extremely helpful and had can do attitudes. Quebec is a good position in Broadbeach, for shops, restaurants, the trams etc. The only down side is that the main road running outside the Quebec has very loud traffic, day and night.

Great property to stay at.... only thing was the lack of ability to get to other floors as the Fob only worked for the floor that we were on. We were a group of 12 with 3 rooms and this was a bit of a problem for the kids. We would have liked to have all been on the same floor.

Whilst the apartment itself was nice and in good condition the property was too noisy with kids and families. We are a couple and booked a 1 bedroom apartment but we were provided a 2 bedroom apartment right above an extremely noisy pool area which started at 7am and continued into the evening each day. Not sure why you would put a coupe right above a pool in a hotel that clearly caters to families! If you have a family I would recommend this property. If you are not visiting with kids then I would avoid- I will not be returning for this reason.

I had a great stay at this spacious and spotless apartment. The ocean views were a highlight, creating a relaxing atmosphere throughout the day. The location is excellent—just a short walk to public transport, which made getting around easy, and there are plenty of dining options nearby to suit all tastes. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort and convenience by the coast!
