The property doesnt feel like a 4 star. We had a 3pm check-in but the room was not ready in time. Asked for plates/cutlery from room-service and they said a delivery fee of $5 will be applied. The rooms are quite dated and need a refresh. Turning on the shower was causing overflow from the bathroom floor drain.

The staff at Sea world resort went above and beyond to make our stay nothing short of amazing. The only thibg disapoonting was that there were very few options available that were dairy free from the breakfast buffet. If you have soecific dietary requirements i would recommend contacting the hotel prior to booking breakfast. This is our second time staying and will definitely stay again.

This resort is beautiful. So spacious and easy to keep kids entertained and relaxing for parents. So many dining and drinking options. Easy and quick to get into the park. Room was beautiful and lots of space. Walked in to a cot all set up for our baby free of charge which was so good not having to take one with us. Loved being able to check in online and get a message when room is ready.

I didn't like that I didn't get the room i paid for and management said that it was Expedia's fault as they charged me for a pool room and not a water view room. I doubt i will ever stay at seaworld resort again.

The staff where great, all very helpful. We found the grounds a little small for roaming around to play other than in the water for twin toodlers. Havinf unlimited access to seaworld was amazing. Overall great experience and definitely stay again. We really loved it.
