Fabulous hotel. But staff knowledge of local eateries was absolutely woeful. Recommended a dreadful Thai restaurant an uber ride away, when there was an award winning Thai restaurant walking distance away. They were simply average!

My absolute favourite place to stay on the Gold Coast. The best facilities, food, rooms, views, pool, gym, spa, etc... but what really makes this place great it the amazing staff - they are so attentive and caring. Will be back again soon.

Megan at concierge is terrible. We asked her to help us and she said she was to busy. Then the Langham car sat there all day. We asked if we could get dropped to broadbeach.as the Four Seasons and 1 hotel have cars for that so we assumed it would be okay? They said yes and will arrange for us. When we got to car once again Megan said no as it’s only for marketing.

Not a couples hotel. It is wonderful for a family and we got sucked into the scream-fest. Not at all like other Langham properties but still shows well. There is a wind whistling off the building that could tear the sun tan off of you. Unfortunately the food is not good. We tried the breakfast and lunch, didn’t feel like losing a dinner as well. The pool just might be the worst setup I have ever seen. If they pride themselves on being a family destination, they need to add another pool somewhere. Good luck finding a chair, and hope the beach team is in a good mood and setup some extra beach tents for you to rent. If not, you are out of luck. It’s a tough place if you like good food, good amenities and a good beach and your there for a romantic getaway.

I was unhappy that they advertise pool area open from 6.30am but ...there are no towels available until 9.30/10am. No staff in attendance until 9.30/10am. Pool bar not open until 11am even for simple juices or non alcoholic beverages. loved the room, the view, lounge / seating area very comfortable & luxe
