Didnt even end up staying.... very run down, road works and footpathworks going on 24/7 very very loud. Staff rude. Felt very unsafe.

For an overnight stay, it suited our purposes very well! Only downfall was the roadworks that limited parking spaces, but that really couldn’t be helped.

Construction work going on all around the hotel, noisy until midnight then starts up again at 7am. We were offered ear plugs upon check-in, now i know why. Stayed there bc it was cheap but wouldn't stay there again. Pool is not like it is in pictures. Very outdated place.

I didn't like all the rust on fridge door and bathroom chrome on wash basin, and no shelf space in bathroom also the fan was noisy. The air conditioner needed cleaning.

Do not stay here. Layers of filth and dust on every surface. Coffee stains which simply needed a wipe up were present on the bedside tables which means they don’t clean between guests. It was disgusting.

Was ok for the price. Blinds dusty, moved the side table and there was dust/dirt and an old sock under. Hair and dirt in corner of bathroom & mold in shower needs cleaning. The beds were good with lots of pillows. Good to have a microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge with a big bench. Good location, short walk to tram and restaurants. Lots of roadworks out front and up the street. This is a good spot if you are going out and need a place to sleep no frills.

Lots of council work and development going on, council road work at front door went on all night. Building was old and needed a refurbishment. Inside was clean and tidy. Couldn’t connect to their wifi. Other patrons were friendly. Bit overpriced IMO

Cons: construction next door, won't be able to sleep at night, the whole buidling shaked and continued for hours. Room itself is very dirty, spiderweb, rusty and dirty bed and towels. Pros: If you don't mind the noise and the dirtiness, it is very close to Pacific Fair, maybe 7 to 10 mins walk.
