It was perfect for the family. Fully self contained apartment and the resort was had everything we needed. Supermarket was a 2 minute walk and beach 5 minute walk. Perfect spot!

The staff were very friendly and polite. The policies of the resort are ridiculous - have never stayed somewhere that you get 1 towel a 1 roll of toilet paper for a weeks stay. Need more? No worries we can add that charge to your room. Good having bbq and pools on-site. Bed was the worst mattress we have ever slept on - could feel all the springs - felt like a really old or really used mattress.

Fantastic resort for families with young or older children. The staff were top notch, we were able to check in a little bit early and were given a grocery bag with eggs, bread, milk and breakfast cereals for the following morning plus activity packs for the kids, free drinks vouchers and kids club vouchers. Such a bonus that we didn’t expect. We made use of the pool areas and splash zone. The kids loved the slides and could spend all day on them. The Deck Restaurant did the best pizzas and chips! We had a few meals there. Our room was beautiful with modern furnishings and a deck on the mid level, over looking the tennis court. There are plenty of BBQ areas and we used this for our dinner one night. Someone came around every morning to clean the BBQs and we saw the same with the pools. Very well maintained grounds. Pool was open until 9pm so we were pleased we could have late swims. Thanks Turtle Beach Resort for a fabulous holiday

Great value for a family holiday! We stayed in a ground-level apartment near the splash park and it was a great option for our family. The apartment wasn't 5-star fancy but it was pretty great for a family with 2 young kids. Only minor complaint was that the kitchen could have had a couple more convenient items like scissors and some baking trays. Otherwise the facilities had everything we needed and the staff were helpful and friendly. The resort is conveniently located near a supermarket and has several good dining options within a short walk. Also a short walk to the beach made it a perfect option for us. The kids thought they were in paradise with the pools and splash park. Adults loved the conveniently located Deck restaurant.

Fantastic for families. Our 3br appointment was slightly out dated and needs a freshen up but otherwise was functional. We had some issues which were resolved by maintenance & house keeping within the same day! The staff were lovely and location was great. We will definitely be back.

Great for families with young kids. Food at Cafe was great and pool areas. Some rooms abit zired looking and loinge furniture uncomfortable. Road works outside resort have been going for nearly 2 year's is abut inconvenient.

I took my girls last minute on the school holidays to the facilities as it was a kids paradise, and it didn't disappoint. We were allowed access on the first day prior to check in for the girls to play and swim etc. The resort has a bar/coffee/food facilities right next to the main pool and splash zone, as well as various other pool areas playground and around the resort putt putt course. The rooms were very comfortable, clean and tidy and well maintained. We couldn't fault the stay apart from the road works happening out the front which wasn't the fault of the resort at all, it just made it more difficult to navigate walking anywhere with small children. We loved our stay and will be back again!

Facilities at the park itself were excellent. Parking was an issue as we were not on vacation we were staying due to our home not being liveable, explained circumstances to staff who unfortunately not very accomodating for us to be able to have both our vehicles on site.

The staff at reception were not very friendly, there are so many extra charges, like $5 per pool towel hire! $10 per day pram hire. $12 mini golf hire per day. The room was very ran down and dirty! Not enough resources provided in room for 7 days eg two bin liners, washing powder and dish soap!

We stayed at Turtle Beach Resort from the 3rd September - 12th September. The rooms were very outdated and not clean, lots of bugs and cockroaches. Staff were friendly at the actual resort but the booking management team are terrible - absolute mess around and charged us for leaving towels in the bathroom (the towels the hotel provided) and for overfilling the bin. It’s a bit of a pain to get into surfers paradise as you need to get the bus then the tram - they are extending the tram line and say it will be done by 2026 but still, for now it’s a bit tricky. Plenty of pools. There are also only stairs up the apartments so limited access for disabilities and those with prams. Getting between each side of the resort would be hard too for disabled as little ramp access. Disappointed as it is so expensive!
