What I thought they went over and above with was our early checkin due to a concert we were going to. We arrived at 10.00am just to check if we could leave our luggage somewhere, I was greeted by two of the biggest smiles ever and was told your room is ready. This was 10.00am and our original check-in was 2.00pm. This to me was over and above what I was expecting.

I stayed there while on the GC for uni exams, everything was fine initially One afternoon a large patch of carpet in my room was saturated and when i attempted to bring it to the attention of management they tried to blame me for leaving a window open (despite the windows not able to be opened) an industrial fan was bought up to dry the carpet but they were unhappy when i said it was too noisy and couldn’t run over night. The entire hotel had to be evacuated at around 11pm one night because some idiot burnt a piece of pizza in a microwave and thought it was funny to stand there laughing with said burnt piece of pizza while we all filed out in to the rain in our pj’s, an apology or some sort of credit would have been welcome in this circumstance but alas was not given. Beds were ok, bathroom was tiny but fine and had long black hairs in it.

Ok for a short stay, not great customer service

After hours check in. Easy to access. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff at the reception and cafe not so helpful or accommodating. Breakfast advertised as 7-10am but no mention that they stop serving hot food after 9:30 so we missed out on this by 5 minutes. No compromise given. Asked about parking for the rest of the day- told it was only for guests which is ridiculous as I had just stayed there that night. No mention of parking availability on the hotel.com listing or the emails sent to us after which would have been helpful. Overall an okay stay

Nice views over Southport towards Broadwater, marina mirage and ocean. Walking distance to everything you need. I’ve stayed here several times it’s great value.

This Hotel is great value. Room key only access to floors provide good security. Location is walking distance to everything you need. Rooms are clean and comfortable. I’ve stayed here several times and keep coming back.

We found the beds to be really hard and noisy and pillows very uncomfortable. The room was serviced everyday to a good standard. Staff at front desk weren't very approachable and friendly. Major downside was the strict 10am checkout time, this is very inconvenient for people with late flights. Overall the stay was okay as the room was clean and location was convenient.
