After hours check in. Easy to access.
Room was clean and comfortable.
Staff at the reception and cafe not so helpful or accommodating. Breakfast advertised as 7-10am but no mention that they stop serving hot food after 9:30 so we missed out on this by 5 minutes. No compromise given. Asked about parking for the rest of the day- told it was only for guests which is ridiculous as I had just stayed there that night. No mention of parking availability on the hotel.com listing or the emails sent to us after which would have been helpful. Overall an okay stay
Nice views over Southport towards Broadwater, marina mirage and ocean. Walking distance to everything you need. I’ve stayed here several times it’s great value.
This Hotel is great value. Room key only access to floors provide good security. Location is walking distance to everything you need. Rooms are clean and comfortable. I’ve stayed here several times and keep coming back.
We found the beds to be really hard and noisy and pillows very uncomfortable. The room was serviced everyday to a good standard. Staff at front desk weren't very approachable and friendly. Major downside was the strict 10am checkout time, this is very inconvenient for people with late flights. Overall the stay was okay as the room was clean and location was convenient.
The room was standard and small in size; dental kits were not provided, but they are available for sale. Tried to request a late checkout; however, for any late checkout, it's $15 per hour. The location is close to Chinatown, the bus stop, and the Glink station, but it is not close enough to the city area. Overall, it is small and convenient, better suited for business trips; however, every extra is priced.
Had two single beds pushed together with no foam on top so you were sleeping on the rough joins in beds which was very uncomfortable. Shower flooded into the bathroom area.
