Liked the bed. Very comfortable. Location is excellent and walkable to shops transport and restaurants. Disappointed with being pestered to attend a presentation even though I said no thank you 3 times after checking in. Not a great experience.

Aging property. Great location and view but rooms need a major refurbishment. The furniture was cheap stuff and not comfortable. Has a decent pool that is not heated.

Had a man from the Hotel sit us down after we paid for our room and push for us to go an hr meeting so they could sell us products. I told him no three times and we still kept pushing. Try frustrated that they want to charge for a roll away when we paid for 5 people in the room. Would have been to nice to be able to sit on the l lounge but couldn’t because we had to use the sofa bed. The hotel wouldn’t listen or want to help. No sheets left for us and had to ask twice. Took 2 hrs to receive the sheets. Room has very old. Curtains very broken. Bin and the cupboard in the kitchen smelt like a dirt nappy. Staff not friendly. Overall the stay was ok but the place needs some fixing up.
