The hotel staff were great. The rooms are definitely worn and are in need of renovations. There were several holes in the carpet ( room214 ) and the cushioned chair in the room needs to be replaced. The tub was also discolored and worn but clean. I think the cost was too much for the overall condition. The staff were very friend and welcoming. I would rate them 5 PLUS stars.

I’m handicapped and was put 3rd floor no problem except following morning they “had maintained on elevator”. Not telling and one. Me with broken ankle had to go 3 flights of stairs . 2nd thing …. A/C was not working all night , 3rd: when we called front desk to ask about A/C. The phone to front desk was busy . Several times we tried to call! And in the morning to ask front desk about elevator being out I called and got busy signal. For several attempts. We I spoke with the manager she caused me out. Blaming the elevator on maintenance! And the phones she blamed on rain. I am going to demand a full refund! I will never use that chain again! Finally 4th: the matttress was worn out I felt cloth and springs! This place sucks!

This is our go to overnight stay when traveling to or from Florida by car. Super friendly staff. The rooms are so spacious, always clean and comfortable. We love being able to walk to many dining options. Standard free breakfast, but appreciated none the less.
