Okay, the curtains weren't closing properly

Staff were lovely and the apartment was big and clean. Only thing that let it down was some cosmetic elements - the hotel was (relatively) too expensive to have a cracked/smashed window in the apartment, and for the lights in the corridor to not work.

Amazing experience all around. The Residentos Team was attentive to all your needs, checking in everyday 2 days to make sure all was running smoothly. Amazing! I will definitely be back! The apartment was stunning and what I wanted with all the character and charm left from years gone by. Perfect location for foodie's, entertainment and shopping. All in walking distance which was a plus for me as I love the exercise. Thank you for the amazing stay!

Great location. Lots of places to eat within walking distance. We got a balcony room and the views were great. Rooms are quite small, not a lot of space to open your luggage. Needs more shelves in the bathroom to put your toiletries.

A unique place to stay in the heart of Lisbon’s Castelo de São Jorge. The Tejo Room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Kitchenette was well-equipped and useful. The place was clean, cozy and quiet. Conveniently located, it is close to sightseeing, shopping and dining. We have enjoyed a lunch in Restaurant Guerreiro next door to the inn, and breakfast in Ludo’s within 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel. We took taxi from the airport to Castle Inn. Since the taxi was unable ti drive all the way to the inn due to narrow streets and crowds in the castle, we had to walk about 100 meters from the drop-off to the inn. It was OK. When we ordered taxi on the way back to the airport through the Castle Inn, our driver met us right at the inn’s door in the morning that was very helpful. Hosts were very responsive and polite. We have truly enjoyed our stay, would love to return here again and highly recommend this place for solo and couple guests visiting Lisbon and preferring to stay in the historical area of the city.
