Great location, clean lovely rooms

Huge rooms. Very classy. It is also very well located. This is our hotel in Sofia.

Great hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. The location is very central, so it was perfect to get anywhere by walk. Definitely, we will stay there again.

I stayed at this hotel for 9 nights, and while the room itself was fairly clean, the overall experience was disappointing. Housekeeping was very inconsistent. The bed was often made poorly, coffee, tea, soap, and other supplies were frequently not replenished, used coffee cups were sometimes left dirty, and we were often given fewer towels than the number of guests in the room. The biggest issue was the air conditioning. It automatically shuts off whenever the balcony door is opened and often had to be manually reset by the front desk. On the day we arrived after a long international flight, the AC wasn't working, and we had to switch rooms after my exhausted daughter had already fallen asleep. Then, on the fifth night at 1 a.m., the AC failed again, and we were told we might have to change rooms in the middle of the night while our children were sleeping. The hotel also advertises a pool, but it was extremely small and covered the entire time we were there, making it unusable. Overall, the hotel did not meet expectations due to poor housekeeping, ongoing maintenance issues, and misleading amenities. I would not stay here again.
