The property looks and feels outdated and poorly maintained. We paid more expecting a true 5-star resort experience, but in reality, it did not even meet the standards of a 3-star property. There were numerous issues throughout our stay, including mold and dirt in the shower, an uncomfortable bed and pillows, and a blanket that appeared dirty. Overall, the resort was very disappointing and did not provide the quality, comfort, or value that was advertised. I would not recommend it, as it was simply not worth the money.

So everything here is top notch. The service and the staff are amazing, the pool villa is a pleasure, the food allthough not that diverse had a good quality and taste. So for an all-inclusive experience it is 5 stars. Not what you would expect but better.

The hotel is a bit outdated but the staff, cleanliness, service and view makes up for all the rest. If you are a tourist the location is amazing. If you are in business the internet is high speed. Would highly recommend.

Hotel by mal rozmýšľať o výmene nábytku v izbách ma zastaralé zariadenie a čo sa sprchy týka prerobiť je nemysliteľné aby v 5 * hoteli bol záves absolútne nehygienické a voda tečie po celej kúpeľni , umývadlo bolo upchaté zle odtekalo. Raňajky slušne neurazia ani neohuria ,ale musím pochváliť personál veľmi dojemný a nápomocný + výborná káva hotel si zaslúži 4*
