Friendly staff. Very clean property, from the court yard, laundry room to the rooms. Great location, but out of the hustle and bustle. Best part is how affordable this quaint notel is.

We have a good sized van . The front desk allowed us to park around back, right by our room. Also with two dogs this was next to the walk area The rooms were clean and updated

Wow, this is a really nice place to stay! Very very clean and beautiful. The staff were extremely helpful and we appreciated it immensely. Great area around to Ride UTV’s, go hiking and more Short distance to Conway and also Mt Washington! Nice fire pit area at night, things for kids and family s to do. Heated pool and hot tub great parking and even a big area to park yr cos and trailers for those UTV owners !!

Friendly service genuinely cares if you're happy. Tiffany was excellent. On my entry to the room and entry survey. The room had a wet dog oder. She saw the survey and contact me to come further clean the room. The carpets were just cleaned which was part of the problem. The smell was much improved later that day when we returned. I would stay at this hotel again.

Property was clean and updated. It was a bit noisy because it’s right on the road. Staff was accommodating relocating my 90 year old mother to first floor room. Good location for restaurants ect.

Kelly was very helpful in front office when I was trying to locate a trailhead for the Cross New Hampshire Adventure Trail out of Gorham towards Gilead, ME. She put me on the right track. Stayed 2 nights in King room on street side next to J’s Corner Restaurant. Room was great but…no convenient parking on Top Notch Inn lot. Had to park across street in lot owned by J’s Restaurant. Place is a restaurant and bar. I didn’t feel comfortable parking there with my Trek bike on back of my car and with it being a bar. Moved my car around the Top Notch office side to Inn’s parking lot for safety & security even though it was inconvenient. The King room on the street is unbelievably noisy being right on the street. Motorcycles and ATV’s roaring by until about 9:00pm each night I stayed there. I would stay at Top Notch again…but not in the King room on the street. Way too noisy.

Breakfast was poor and I have had much better breakfast options in franchise motels. They call it breakfast in their advertising but use the term breakfast snacks when you get there and it definitely was just snacks. The breakfast area was also too cramped so that could be why they can only offer ‘snacks’ in that little space. Sink in our bathroom had been cracked previously and someone had tried to repair it with brown grout which was a bit off putting. Our stay had started off so well as the Receptionist at check-in was awesome and even welcomed us with a glass of champagne but the rest of our experience was only average.
