This hotel is near the biggest Orthodox church in the city; traveling is not expensive from this point, and you get a nice view of the city. The people working here are very nice and attentive to your needs

Very central location and extremely warm staff. Older facility with no elevator and no on-site parking (which is why I booked this place) - but I was directed to free on-street parking that worked out in the end.

We had a great stay here. It’s a historic property that has been restored with real passion and care. It’s really close to the heart of old town Tbilisi with loads of great eating and drinking options as well as sites to see and visit. It’s also quiet so you won’t be disturbed by the noise of life in Tbilisi. On the days we went to the pool we had it to ourselves and could enjoy the sun terrace and amazing views together.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone! The hotel is exceptionally clean, with stunning views and a perfect location in the heart of Old Tbilisi, close to the famous sulfur baths. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The breakfast was delicious, and the coffee was excellent. The cocktails served on the 7th-floor terrace were amazing, and the food was outstanding. Every evening, we enjoyed the breathtaking views and wonderful atmosphere from the terrace. A very special touch was the warm welcome we received at check-in. We were gifted traditional Georgian sweets and a bottle of Georgian wine, something we have never experienced at any other hotel. It made us feel truly welcomed and added a unique local touch to our stay. The rooms are comfortable, and the bathrooms are fully equipped with everything you might need during your stay. best location in 5 min walk from mainc square, quiet street, room included air purifier and coffee machine which was big advantage for me as coffee lover. owner is helpful with everything. 10/10 in overall from me
