Very friendly staff. Clean and large room. Breakfast very good. Definitely recommended.

It looks Grand from the outside but has cheesy furniture, no way to charge ines electronics, so so food, smileless front desk staff. No Bueno. Never again.

You get what you pay for and this hotel could be a 3-star but because of no staff in charge of presentation of the property, it hovers between 1 & 2 star level. It looks like absentee owners, who do no oversight of the hotel, but just use it as an investment money-earner. Pros: * Wifi works very well. You will want it because Tata cable system has NO channels for foreigners to watch; it is a pay-per-vew system that needs an account to view. If you have a laptop, bring or buy an HDMI cable to use with the TV. * Bedding is generally clean * Staff are generally nice but don't look experienced with international guests & expectations; helpful for arranging car transport, etc. * Breakfast eggs offered are good for protein nutrition. Things to improve: * Mop all the public hallways every day or at least every 2-3 days. All that beautiful polished marble flooring looks very shabby when covered with dust/dirt. * Get some Dettol and wipe down grimy dust off of room furniture and windows; if there are marks on furniture fabric, clean them off before giving room to guests. * If the small floor mat next to the bed has burn marks on it, throw it out and go buy a new one. These are only Rs 300-500 in the market so there is no excuse except poor hotel self-esteem to show and insult guests such a poor state of affairs. Offer non-smoking rooms if guests are damaging items in smoking rooms. * The breakfast needs a bit more work. Overall, a little improvement would go far for improvements

Excellent room with a good view, both breakfast and dinner options and food quality was very good. Staff was friendly however the pictures associated with the standard room was not accurate and we had to pay extra for an upgrade to the deluxe room ( pictures of which were associated with the standard room when we booked). Staff was friendly and polite but could not upgrade as a courtesy even though the pictures did not match the room.

YKC Farms and Villa is an excellent resort for a relaxing getaway. We had a wonderful stay there. Nestled within the peaceful Sanyasi Tea Estate, the resort offers a serene and tranquil environment that made our stay incredibly rejuvenating. What truly sets this place apart is the warmth and attentiveness of its staff. They went above and beyond to personalize our experience and catered to our every need with genuine care. Even in the middle of the night, Rohit would answer our calls and promptly deliver whatever we needed. Every request was met with a broad smile, humility, and a willingness to help. A special shout-out to Rohit and Shyam, who looked after us so thoughtfully and ensured that every aspect of our stay was comfortable and memorable. We left feeling relaxed, cared for, and grateful for such exceptional hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind amidst nature and experience heartfelt service.
