Absolute ’give a damn’ attitude of the staff.. whether when u are checking in or trying to ask for info, or even food.. extremely rude …if kitchen stops at 8:30 pm, they won’t even bother to inform u that u can order atleast a bar menu or pizza. We had to drive around town to find food and with nothing available, ended up dining on precooked n packed meals .. pathetic staff service.. no cleanliness in rooms .. no appliances, fans or ac.. hair dryer also wouldn’t work. For any thing u have to go all the way to the front desk coz they won’t provide a phone in the room to connect the hotel. Front desk is most of the times not even there so u can ask.. worst hotel ever….

Amazing views from your balcony. Everything was really clean, my kids loved having bunk beds, the breakfast was full of so many delicious options. We would stay here again for sure!!

Breakfast is very limited you will get boiled egg only in egg option then I didn’t enjoy the breakfast if you going in summer there is no air condition in the rooms and also they close the reception after 10 pm no one was there for help not happy at all

If the hotel area not allow smoking is prefect

Its worth only for those room facing mountains, it was shame no air conditioning in summer because so hot and poorly ventilated , even the toilet ventilation fan is broken, you need to open the balcony door, but you will get second hand smoke all night

I liked the common areas the bar and there is a specific woman receptionist blond hair that is closed to a burn out. She shouldn't be dealing with the public. All the rest was ok except they switched off the internet at midnight for the whole night for some reason that I don't know why
