Great swimming pool, location, and excellent communication and customer service. We booked one room through Expedia and another through another provider since Expedia didn’t have a price for 3 people room and we were a group of 5. The hotel arranged the rooms close by as we requested so it was easy and convenient stay. Restaurants and convenient stores are close. Nacksansa is in walkable distance and Nacksan beach is right across the street. We had great time staying 2 nights at this hotel. Definitely going back.

Room was nice and clean but just missing refinement at this price. The windows hadn't been cleaned meaning the view we paid for wasn't great. The spa apt had 2 double beds for 4 people yet there's only 2 high breakfast chairs meaning the 4 of us couldn't sit around the dining table to eat. Beds are a bit hard, The 3 seat sofa is uncomfortable... and TV was simply frustrating. Children loved the 'pool' in the lounge though! Check-in process is a bit of a farce at 10k/hour early/late and no English comms. Had to call a central number for any issues which was poor. Parking can't stay longer than an hour after check-out. It's new which made it ok, but probably wouldn't head back over time.
