Location was perfect. Steps away from the tram system and the main square. Lots of options for food and drinks. The atmosphere around the hotel is fantastic. The air conditioning was only ok. The room never cooled lower than 24 degrees Celsius. Outside temps were 36 so it was definitely an improvement but was expecting it to work better.

Ideal location to explore the lakes, entering via entrance 3 and avoiding big queues at entrance 1 & 2.

Great traditional hotel walking distance from the city center. The breakfast is great, and the kitchen is very accommodating to dietary needs, I suggest reaching out in advance if you have any special requirements. The staff are friendly and extremely professional, but the management has let them down as they are severely understaffed. The only thing stopping this from being a 5 star review is the understaffing, if the management fix this the property will be a undisputed 5 star.
