I stay here every time I go to Vegas. It’s great, and has the best food options.

I am giving this an average rating because I am annoyed that you have to pay for parking 20 dollars a day. They didn’t have any breakfast either. Then the resort fees of 56.00 for what? We only slept there. They can at least offer parking for hotel guests. Also the electronic key didn’t work either

The property was lively and had many shopping, eating, and entertainment options. I was a solo traveler in Las Vegas on business, but felt welcomed and accomodated at Benihana's habatchi grill where I was seated with a delightful family from Nebraska! The food was excellent. Sadly, they have 1-coffee location in the lobby and by 7:25 am on a Thursday morning the line was horrifyingly long! I estimated it would be 45-minutes to an hour to get a drink. Needless to say, I passed on that opportunity!

$60 early check-in fee; Didn’t pay it, we waited at a nearby bar. Check in was awkward because of the lack of physical staff - I don’t blame the staff on the screen, but it’s nice to have an actual person there, not an ominous intercom or a blurry screen. The friend I was travelling with also had a window with a broken lock on the ground floor. Neither of our curtains also closed fully, again, ground floor. The alleyway is closed off but… still. Otherwise just like every other hotel, clean room and bathroom. Good location for landmarks, shops and bars. I also did appreciate the water station. They also have a microwave and coffee machine but I didn’t get round to using those. I suppose you get what you pay for?

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....
