location is not convenient for town but if you have your own car this is a good option when visiting Goulburn. easy access. comfy beds. parking outside the rooms. no stairs

We stayed 2 nights in the exec 1 bedroom, no 8 Very roomy. Basic facilities for food prep (small bench), good amount of plates cutlery, glasses etc,a sink, jug and microwave. Queen bed in main room was hard and not real comfy. Queen and single one in the bedroom were better. Nice and quiet at night, vefry easy parking, friendly receptionist
