We had an overnight stay here on our way back to Calais. Electric car charging point available, although only 1 so we were lucky to get it! Slow charging so ideal as we left it overnight to be fully charged. Beautiful setting right on the Seine. We had a standard room which was perfectly good for 1 night: air con, big walk in shower, tea and coffee facilities (though take English tea bags if you like English tea!). We had dinner in the restaurant which was delicious and the staff were lovely. Breakfast the next day was delicious. Very good value and we would def stay here again if on our way to Calais.

Room was clean. People weee nice. But AC did not work. We let the generator ent desk know right away. They said technician will fix. But we had to stay with out AC through out and it was super hot. It was hard to sleep / stay in the room.

Great stay for 1 night but not sure I’d stay for longer than that as bathroom very tiny and no storage and slight damp smell in the room. Was very hot and fab was on 3 hour timer so sleep was interrupted every 3 hours to turn it back on! May stay again for a short trip if price was comparable to where we usually stay.

I didn’t have many options on hotels and went with this one and what a treat. The location is fantastic. I had a sea view room with balcony and it was such a delight to be able to open the doors and take in the fresh air and sounds of revelry. I was there for less than 24 hours and I got a chance to hike up both cliffs and wander through the town. Cannot beat the convenience factor. I’m impressed by how the closed doors blocked out so much of the noise. That said, there’s no air conditioning so if you want cooler room temps you’ll need to open the door. Luckily the night was mild enough that I was able to leave the door closed. The bed itself isn’t that comfortable. That doesn’t bother me because the view and convenient location more than made up for it. The staff is wonderful.

Friendly staff, great interpersonal skills and very warm welcoming. The accommodation is ultra clean and in a lovely setting. Not far and easy walk into the centre and cathedrals. In house food exceptional.

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Morand when we were in Rouen. It is in a perfect location close to the train station and the Musee des beau arts and visitors information centre. The reception staff were friendly and we were even able to check in early.
