Hotel is not a luxury hotel at all, as displayed on Expedia.com. It's a time share property with a lot of families with kids. And it's not a resort.

Como toda a rede Gramado Parks, o café da manhã só pode ser degustado para quem tomar até as 8:30 da manhã. Chegando depois desse horário é uma piada. Falta comida, faltam pratos, faltam talheres e até xícaras. Só resto do resto. Uma vergonha. Já tinha acontecido no Wyndham Gramado Termas Resort Spa (Gramado Parks) e no Exclusive Gramado by Gramado Parks, ou seja, o problema é cronico em toda rede. GRAMADO PARKS nunca mais.

Alguns problemas e muito cheio
É um hotel muito cheio. Filas pra check in, filas pra refeições, piscina muito cheia. Meu quarto tinha problema com ar-condicionado. Janela com defeito e entrava muito vento (minuano). Chuveiro saia água fria de repente e logo esquentava demais. Tem muito hotel melhor e com melhor custo em Gramado.

Hotel maravilhoso Única coisa que não gostei foi as hidromassagens que precisava marcar, e sempre diziam que estava lotada sendo q fomos lá e não tinha ninguém. Atendimento ali deixou a desejar. E faltou uma piscina externa. Mas no geral incrível, café da manhã maravilhoso.
