Hotel is not a luxury hotel at all, as displayed on Expedia.com. It's a time share property with a lot of families with kids. And it's not a resort.

Total falta de preparo para recebimento de hospedes. Fila para o checkin demorando mais de uma hora. Cafe da manha lotado, total desorganização. Ficamos meia hora para conseguir uma mesa, após solicitar a recepcionista do restaurante. Após acomodador não havia reposição de comida. No outro dia da estadia fomos tomar café da manha em um restaurante.

Hotel com ótima estrutura, mas atendimento a desejar. Café da manhã com variedade, mas a qualidade e serviço de reposição precisa melhorar. Hotel muito grande, ficamos no último prédio uma jornada até a ala principal. Fomos acordados às 9 da manhã para verificação do frigobar, desagradável. A piscina é bonita porém não tem ventilação de ar pra rua, diante da magnitude do hotel poderia ter uma área externa neste hotel. Funcionários precisam ser mais atenciosos.
