Not sure why this hotel has 3.5 stars , everything was great and is very clean, people complain too much when their don’t even do or have things on their own houses , this hotel deserves 5 stars and I would definitely stay there again

O hotel é muito aconchegante, extremamente bem cuidado, o atendimento foi excepcional, todos muito educados e atenciosos. Café da manhã excelente e com muitas opções, e o restaurante a noite é muito bom também. Poderia ficar o dia todo rasgando elogios ao Daara! Quem for, não irá se arrepender. Fui com a minha namorada e não vemos a hora de voltar ao Daara.

Já me hospedei em diferentes hotéis em Gramado, alguns muito mais caros e também mais baratos. E confesso, esse está entre meus favoritos. Muito aconchegante, ótimo café da manhã, localização ótima (perto do centro para ir caminhando, longe o suficiente para fugir do movimento), funcionários atenciosos.

Hotel extraordinário! Sem palavras para tamanha beleza e cuidado. Já na recepção fomos muito bem recepcionados, com muita cordialidade. Os quartos são aconchegantes demais, são limpos TODOS os dias, as toalhas são trocadas todos os dias, você sai e retorna ao quarto e ele está cheiroso e muito organizado. O café... Sem palavras, não dá vontade de parar de comer, além do que está exposto ainda tem um cardápio com itens que você pode pedir (indico a panqueca com calda de chocolate de pedaços de morango é sensacional). O hotel disponibiliza bicicletas que são ótimas para andar pela cidade. Voltaríamos a nos hospedar no hotel com toda certeza, é incrível.
