Not sure why this hotel has 3.5 stars , everything was great and is very clean, people complain too much when their don’t even do or have things on their own houses , this hotel deserves 5 stars and I would definitely stay there again

Tudo muito bom

O hotel é muito aconchegante, extremamente bem cuidado, o atendimento foi excepcional, todos muito educados e atenciosos. Café da manhã excelente e com muitas opções, e o restaurante a noite é muito bom também. Poderia ficar o dia todo rasgando elogios ao Daara! Quem for, não irá se arrepender. Fui com a minha namorada e não vemos a hora de voltar ao Daara.

Já me hospedei em diferentes hotéis em Gramado, alguns muito mais caros e também mais baratos. E confesso, esse está entre meus favoritos. Muito aconchegante, ótimo café da manhã, localização ótima (perto do centro para ir caminhando, longe o suficiente para fugir do movimento), funcionários atenciosos.

O check-in foi rápido e muito cordial, o que já nos deixou à vontade para aproveitar cada instante. O quarto é um verdadeiro refúgio: espaçoso, extremamente limpo, cama superconfortável e uma vista de tirar o fôlego. Cada detalhe da decoração parece pensado para transmitir acolhimento e elegância. O café da manhã é outro espetáculo à parte! Variedade incrível de pães, frutas frescas, sucos naturais e opções para todos os gostos — tudo muito bem apresentado. O restaurante também surpreende no almoço e no jantar, com pratos saborosos e atendimento ágil. As áreas comuns são impecáveis: piscina cristalina, academia bem equipada e espaços de lazer muito bem cuidados. O hotel é excelente, mas não tem mantido o mesmo padrão de sempre. Na ultima visita estava um pouco mais sujo, e o café da manhã apesar de excelente, senti falta de alguns itens.
