Hotel confortável.

Nossa estadia no geral foi otima! Café da manhã formidável, porém ar condicionado do local não funcionava segundo atendimento. Quarto ótimo, amplo, excelente e cama confortável. Piscina ampla e bom estado. Camareira atenciosa e disponível. Já o atendimento na chegada e saida deixou a desejar. Tempo chuvoso ao chegar não teve o atendimento adequado, pois não havia ninguém para recepcionar e dar suporte ao descarregar as malas. Sendo que no interior nos deparamos com 3 recepcionistas conversando e sem fazer nada. A mesma coisa foi ao sair, sem ninguem para dar o suporte para levar as malas até o carro. O pessoal também no balcão da recepção poderia ser um pouco mais cordial e simpático. Todos com semblantes fechados tanto ao chegar como ao sair. Ficamos 4 dias hospedados por isso conseguimos observar bem a funcionalidade do hotel no geral.

Hotel muito confortável, café da manhã muito bom com pães quentes, bolos, salgados, sucos e frutas. Obs: Para ir até o centro e bom pegar Uber. Da em torno de 6 a 9 reais cada corrida e chega em 5min. Se tiver disposto a ir andando também e possível, só que eu não fui. Pontos negativos: durante a noite, alguém ficava arrastando móveis e fazia muito barulho. Outra situação, o aquecedor do quarto eu não consegui regular na válvula mesmo 100% fechado ele ainda estava em funcionamento. Meu primeiro dia passei muito calor durante a noite, ventilador não funcionava e ar condicionado fazia um barulho ferrado. Para quem tem dúvida sobre o UBER, você consegue ir para todos os lugares tranquilamente. Voltaria a ficar no Hotel, com certeza.
