There was no hot water for shower at night they say due to many people taking shower the Caldera did not had a performance to hit up a great amount of water to supply the demand. I was in disbelief!!!

Tudo maravilhoso. O atendimento, o quarto, o café da manhã… Não tive do que reclamar. A taxa de 10% cobrada ao final do estadia é singela diante da experiência. Hotel excelente!

Comum, uma instalação comum, antiga, ultrapassada mas em boas condições. Quarto simples, chuveiro muito bom, tv antiga no quarto com péssimo sinal de internet. Café da manhã muito bom.

É um ótimo hotel para quem busca custo/benefício. O problema mesmo foi ni final, que nos cobraram R$ 21,00 alegando taxa de turismo, sendo q na real a taxa é de R$ 3,00.

Os atendentes são educados e prestativos. Hotel relativamente próximo da Borges de Medeiros. Café da manhã com muitos produtos industrializados/congelados.

O Hotel é bonito e fica numa localização boa. Dá pra ir a pé para a Borges de Medeiros tranquilamente. Uns 15 minutos até a rua coberta. Pra quem não quiser caminhar, UBER funciona bem. O hotel é limpo e os funcionários são simpáticos. É um hotel pra dormir. O café da manhã é muito farto. Lembra um café colonial. No entanto, não achei os itens saborosos. Tudo parece industrializado/ congelado. Isso foi decepcionante porque de fato é muito farto. Poderiam investir em bolos e pães frescos. Já melhoraria muito o café da manhã.

Pior hotel na serra gaúcha que já fiquei! Café da manhã horrível, as comidas com gosto de requentado, do dia anterior, sem gosto. Quarto com limpeza bem ruim, corredor com cheiro horrivel! Secador de cabelo do quarto queimado. Oferecem estacionamento porém obrigam o hospede a deixar a chave na recepção (mesmo em locais onde o carro não obstrui demais vagas) Recepcionistas extremamente mal educados Localização diz perto do centro, porém fica cerca de 1.4km Enfim, pior estadia que já estive em Gramado.

Muito bom!
Nossa estadia foi muito boa. Atendimento de todos é impecável. Não posso deixar de falar da camareira, Jurema...pessoas extraordinária, super solícita e dedicada ao que faz. Café da manhã bem farto e gostoso. Dá pra ir a pé para o centro tranquilamente, inclusive é o mais indicado, pois devido ao movimento e difícil encontrar vaga.

Experiência ruim. Faltou aquecimento. Limpeza nao teve, mesmo deixando recomendação na porta. Tive que solicitar limpeza no momento em que estaria descansando. Sabonete vazando no banheiro que escorria até o chão. Perigo de escorregamento. Ar condicionado nao funcionou no quente. Faltou lençóis próprios para o inverno.
