Hospedagem foi boa, quarto espaçoso e bem equipado, limpeza impecável. Só chamaria a atenção pra dois pontos: a piscina do hotel é muito pequena para o tamanho do hotel, fica cheia facilmente; e o café da manhã não disponibiliza mesa suficiente para os hóspedes, fazendo esperar numa fila, algo que é decepcionante, principalmente se tiver um compromisso.

O ambiente é tranquilo e organizado, ideal para quem busca um lugar para descansar após um dia de passeios. O atendimento foi outro ponto forte da nossa experiência. Desde a recepção até o pessoal da limpeza, todos foram extremamente atenciosos e prestativos. Qualquer dúvida ou solicitação que tivemos foi prontamente atendida com um sorriso no rosto. É nítido que a equipe do hotel se esforça para fazer com que os hóspedes se sintam bem-vindos e confortáveis durante toda a estadia. O hotel é muito bom. É excelente! O café é espetacular. Padrão café colonial todos os dias. A localização é muito boa. O único ponto negativo a registrar é a presença de funcionários da rede tentando vender produtos mediante abordagem um tanto agressiva. Foi desagradável a experiência da abordagem, pois minha esposa, como semore, foi gentil e educada e foi difícil desvencilhar da abordagem. Reparei que a prática é adotada para quase todos os hóspedes. A prática de marketing é desnecessária e acaba criando uma marca negativa para um hotel que é muito bom

Foi incrível, o hotel e maravilhoso e aconchegante! O quarto lindo, cama de casal bem grande, cobertas quentinhas, banheiro de um tamanho perfeito, com sabontes e shampoo e condicionador Phytoervas de ótima qualidade. Café da manhã muito variado, tanto salgados, doces e bebidas. Atendentes muito atenciosos também. Foi perfeito. Sem contar a hidromassagem e piscina bem quentinhas!

Tudo muito bom, muito bem localizado, atendimento ótimo, café da manhã maravilhoso. A única coisa desagradável é a abordagem para vender cotas dos outros empreendimentos da própria laghetto dentro do hotel, na saída do restaurante no café da manhã (não tenho nada contra a abordagem e oferecer os produtos da empresa e nem mesmo nada contra a venda das cotas, apenas achei que dentro do hotel na saída do restaurante durante o café da manhã foi um péssimo local para a abordagem)
