Os quartos são diferentes do anunciado. Quarto muito pequeno, banheiro pequeno e comum, acabamento e estrutura do quarto simples, bem diferente das fotos. Reservei como quarto de luxo, o quarto era comum, esperava mais pelo preço que paguei. A sacada deveria ser privativa dos quartos assim não teríamos a supresa de uma criança entrar no nosso quarto pela sacada que tem acesso direto à rua. Os quartos são colados um no outro então você escuta tudo, muito barulho que vem da rua, crianças brincando. Se você quer privacidade, calmaria e conforto aconselho que procure outro lugar.

QUE POUSADA FANTÁSTICA GENTE, serio atendimento da recepção otimo, quarto super fofo, limpo, perfeito, ar quente funciona bem, chuveiro quentinho, acho que foi o melhor chuveiro de hotel que ja tomei banho hahaha, disponibilizam cobertas, varada linda, local muitoooooo fofo, café da manha com MUITAS opções, fazem até um ovinho mexido na hora, enfim amei, quem for a gramado va a pousada, não vou se arrepender.
