A premium location and property in the heart of a beautiful city. Although there were renovations happening, and this included some construction noise and mess, it was easy to overlook the inconvenience.

Café da manhã gostoso, quarto bom, banheiro grande. Só fiquei um pouco triste (apesar de entender) que toda a parte extra (kids, piscina, sauna) estava fechado por causa do COVID. Acho que deveria funcionar por sistema de reserva, escolhi o hotel por causa dos extras e acabei não usufruindo. Acabou saindo caro sendo que usei só para dormir, se eu soubesse antes, teria escolhido um mais simples

Necessita mais atenção para hospedagem de idosos
Apesar do hotel estar com pouca ocupação nos forneceram um quarto sem vista e ao lado da chaminé da caldeira. Tinha fumaça , cheiro e até pensamos que havia um incêndio! Solicitamos troca de uma das camas pois não estava ok. A piscina não dava condições a idosos entrarem pois escada muito vertical e com degraus distantes. Idem para spa. Mas a estadia foi agradável. Café da manhã muito bom. Equipe de funcionários atenciosos.

Localização do hotel é excelente. Elevador principal nao estava funcionando. Ficamos 4 dias e o elevador não funcionou em nenhum. Cafe da manhã bom, mas se repetiu todos os dias e poderia ter um pouco mais de variedades (pelos padrões da serra). Piscina e área kids boas. No fim das contas vale a pena pela localização
