Great comfortable stay

Great hotel. Our stay was comfortable, breakfast was very well served, with even gluten free choices. The bedroom was clean, the bed was comfy, and the shower was nice and hot. What else do you need?

Nossa estadia no Sky foi simplesmente sensacional! O café da manhã merece destaque: foi completo, saboroso e com muitas opções. Excelente custo benefício

Excelente custo benefício. A única ressalva é no que diz respeito aos itens do banheiro que poderiam ser melhorados, algumas coisas enferrujadas, como a lixeira e outros itens, mas era limpo, apenas pareciam ser itens antigos mesmo, acho que aos poucos dá para ir modernizando tranquilamente. Valeu muito a pena.

Café da manhã ótimo, porém práticas desonestas

Minha hospedagem teve pontos positivos, mas infelizmente também situações bem desagradáveis. O hotel é organizado, o café da manhã é excelente e, no geral, a estrutura atendeu às expectativas. Porém, logo na chegada fui surpreendida com a cobrança de uma taxa extra que não estava informada no aplicativo, o que considero desonesto. Além disso, no saguão havia uma pessoa importunando constantemente os hóspedes com aquele golpe já conhecido em Gramado onde você “ganha” alguma coisa, mas na verdade é para ser levado a uma palestra insuportável onde tentam empurrar a compra de uma cota de hotel. A insistência dessa abordagem foi extremamente incômoda e deixou a experiência muito negativa. Uma pena, porque o hotel em si tem qualidade, mas essas práticas acabam estragando a estadia e não condizem com o padrão que Gramado costuma oferecer.
