Going to see the Christmas lights.
The hotel is just built very nice. The front desk people were outstanding,helpful and very friendly. The room was nice and comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding so much choices. It is just 5 minutes drive from the centre..easy parking . Wifi in the main hall is great.

Ótimo. Hotel excelente, chuveiro muito bom, café da manhã com enorme variedade e produtos muito saborosos, quarto bom. O hotel possui água quente para chimarrão no térreo, bem como uma tábua e um ferro de passar roupas no mesmo local, sem custos. Funcionários muito atenciosos, prestativos e educados. Localização bem perto do posto da polícia rodoviária estadual, na entrada de Gramado. Local super calmo.

Armadilha.
Hotel básico, serviço adequado, instalações razoáveis. Entretanto, agora permitem ou patrocinam a presença de vendedores de multipropriedades no saguão, onde ficam abordando os hóspedes de maneira impertinente, num desrespeito flagrante ao hóspede , que nunca espera esse tipo de abordagem num hotel. Absurdo, desrespeitoso e deplorável o hotel permitir esse tipo de situação nas suas dependências. Primeira e última vez que me hospedo ali. Péssima impressão.
