The room has nothing to do with the photo in the ad. I chose the deluxe room and there is nothing deluxe. Terrible room, small, cramped, I called reception at 10pm to ask for service in the kitchen and they said they didn't have that time as the menu says until 12pm. I don't recommend it and I won't stay there again.

Quarto e banheiro minúsculos, mal tinha lugar para apoiar a mala, freegobar no chão, a cortina não cobria a claridade da rua, o ar fazia muito barulho, e barulhos dos quartos vizinhos também, se fosse pra eu escolher entre os hotéis sky esse não voltaria mais...pelo conforto Café e recepção muito bom Mas o restante deixou a desejar

Achamos ruim pois fomos colocados num quarto minúsculo e estavamos com a bebê e tiveram que por um berço portátil e não tínhamos como passar para o outro lado só pulando por cima da cama, nas fotos tinha o Museo histórico e não estava aberto na parte dos brinquedos das crianças tinha uma casinha de madeira totalmente abandonada sem limpeza nenhuma impossível de brincar ali, do mais bem razoável pois ficamos sempre nos outros Sky e esse foi o que menos gostamos.

Hotel show mas Atenção na manutenção elétrica .
Hotel incrivel, mas dessa vez, deixou a desejar , obviamente por não ter vistoria antes do Check-in quanto ao ar condicionado, que não estava funcionando, e foram 3 dias de intenso calor na região, acima de 30 graus , sem ar! Acho que estavam com problemas na rede elétrica, pois ficamos um tempo sem luz também e o problema era só no nosso quarto. Deram a sugestão de troca de hotel , em pleno feriadão, certo que não seriamos atendidos com a mesma infraestrutura que reservamos. Área do café da manhã com ar desligado , e lotado , mais quente ainda ficou .Fica a dica : revisem suas instalações após o check-out!
