Very happy to have stayed at this hotel as it was very clean and convenient - we were very close to the city centre as well as a supermarket right opposite and a taxi rank that could get us anywhere for affordable prices! The staff were lovely too - we had an issue with the AC on the first night we arrived but was promptly resolved. One thing I would echo from some reviews is to have more options for the breakfast - not surprised there are no halal options but would be great to have some fish options! Lastly and this is not to the hotel itself but a tip to other guests - please don’t stare so blatantly at Muslims and especially women who wear hijabs because you make us uncomfortable and give us a negative experience!

El personal amable, pero no tiene valet parking como decia en la pagina, la alberca es una burla, esta demaciana pequeña para el hotel, 2 niños juegando dentro de la alberca no permitieron disfrutar no porque estaban jugando mas porque es demaciada pequeña.. mide unos 2.5 x 5 metros muy pequeña. Los 6camastros para toda la alberca son insuficientes para las 200 personas hospedadas. No creo que vuela a regresar a hospedarme...De esta mala experiencia solo reordaremls la magnifica atencion de Roberto(dominicano) que nos brindo servicio.

Thoroughly enjoyed staying at this hotel. The view of Granada from the rooftop is spectacular. The pool was smaller than I expected. Everyone who works here was friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet was great with extensive choices. The hotel is in a very convenient location with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

The Hotel Carmen was well located to restaurants and shops. The pool is very small and was overcrowed each day. My husband and I had to use the outdoor shower to cool off.

Excelente ubicación en el centro de Granada, el carro quedó en el parqueadero y todo se llega caminando, La Alhambra queda a solo 10 minutos caminando. El servicio del restaurante del Bar no es interrumpido y cierra a las 12 pm con muy buena comida y atención excelente. Recomiendo este hotel.

In a great location close to shops and sights. Hotel is clean and reception staff very helpful and friendly. We had a superior room with a tiny balcony but we liked the room. Breakfast was great - very good choice. Enjoyed our stay. A couple of things that could have been better - restaurant staff didn’t speak very much English at all and we speak very little Spanish. This led to some confusion. Not a big deal - I guess I need to brush up on my Spanish. The other thing- roof pool - there are about 10 sunbeds for the whole of the hotel so there was no chance of getting one! Again not a big problem as most people don’t go to Granada to sunbathe!
