The hotel staff are great, the breakfast bar is fantastic, the room was generous sized & the bed & pillows were very comfortable. But there are a few negatives. The room could definitely get some talc, the flooring was broken away in spots, the tub/shower was hard to contain without water ending up all over, which resulted in some of the trim being wet & rotted looking over the years. Part of the reason we booked this hotel is because they showed an indoor pool & hot tub. But when we went to use them, we found out that you need to buy a wellness program for $22 Euros each for 1 hour, that’s $44 Euros per couple per night, a ridiculous cost for something that should be free & wasn’t advertised as having extra costs!

This hotel provided a truly restful stay with its exceptionally comfortable beds and spacious rooms. The tasteful decor added a touch of elegance to the overall ambiance. A particular highlight was the breakfast, which was of a five-star standard and well worth the price. I would highly recommend this hotel for its commitment to comfort and quality. Charming and Comfortable Hotel
Elegant and beautiful hotel in a safe, quiet area of Granada. Very spacious room and comfortable bed! Beautiful view of city with large, pretty garden surroundings. Very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast buffet was okay but not exceptional. Easy taxi service to Mezquita area about 9 Euros each way.

Friendly staff, nice rooms, great food. Great hotel for business. I would not suggest it for a tourist trip because it is about 20 min far walking to city center top sights, even worse if you plan to push a stroller with minimal side walk from the hotel to the city center. We did not use the pool but it is supposed to be really cool
