I had a great stay at the Melia Granada, I upgraded to the Level and really enjoyed the breakfasts, drinks and snacks with a view of the city. The service was excellent! Would highly recommend.
The room and general facilities were immaculate and the staff was incredibly friendly. The hotel was perfectly located in the center of town, making it easy to walk to all the sights, along with plenty of restaurant options. Will definitely be my first choice to stay when I come back.
The staff were just excellent. We stayed Friday and Saturday and had a deluxe room which faced front avenue. We were on the fourth floor and the night noise - with the windows closed - was awful. Went on until 05:30 am! Couldn’t sleep through it and I use earplugs. Next morning we spoke to the staff who seemed surprised that on the fourth floor we would hear noise but they diligently found us a non deluxe room that faced the interior. Had a noise free Saturday night. Would stay there again. But not facing the street.
Out of all our hotel stays in southern spain, this was the best! clean kind sweet helpful and very new and modern. We were a family of 5 and they put us in a corner two room suite and it was perfect- great location and staff so sweet-

The only main complaint was the inability to have a fan or air conditioning since it was hot several days despite 40-50 degree weather. And it was not practical to open window since it is noisy ourdoors
