Friendly and helpful staff. A bit hard to find. The rooms are comfortable and bathroom/shower is excellent. You can hear some internal noise but not too bad. Overall a good stay.

Perfect cozy stay in a great location
Everything was perfect for us. Hotel was very clean, beds were comfortable, shower worked great. We stayed in a twin room with balcony, and it was overlooking the attached restaurant and some bars downstairs. That said, some of the noise from the street and the bars could be heard from inside the room even with the balcony door closed. We did not mind it, however, and we still had very comfortable sleep. A point to take note of if a guest is very sensitive to sound.

Pros: convenient location, super comfy bed, really friendly staff Cons: lobby area looks modern but rooms look tired and could use some TLC, bathroom is not clean with moldy looking tiles, lighting is super dim and hard to see, and even with sound-proof windows it was loud. Other things to note: no laundry machines even though it's advertised as laundry facilities online.

Great value hotel. Excellent location, safe and quiet. 15 mns walk to Alhambra (taxi in front 7euro ) Room spacious, clean, comfy beds, excellent water pressure. Balcony no view though. Breakfast ok. Parking in building, though an aventure to drive to the underground parking. All in all, very happy with the stay, a great value hotel

If you arrive by car make sure to follow the instructions provided by the hotel. Perfectly situated in the middle of town. A must stay if you enjoy historic buildings and lively nighlife.

The hotel is lovely. Bed was comfortable. The room is very hot and the thermostat is pre-set to not go below 20 degrees. I was in a room with a single window that overlooked a courtyard with restaurants below. It was very noisy in the evenings and early in the morning when they would begin to set up for the day. Front desk staff was cordial.

The hotel is well located just off Plaza Nueva, with lots of tapas places and restaurants. It is across the street from the stop for the bus to the Alhambra and an easy walk down from the Alhambra. The staff was very helpful, calling the car rental agency to get information for us.

Nice room, good location, tasty breakfast. Friendly staff. My only concern was the lack of taxis at 6:00am. We were told to walk a few blocks down the road to flag one down. We eventually got one but almost missed our train. If you stay at this hotel be prepared to allow extra time for travel connections.
