Convenient. Clean.
The hotel was in the center of Granada. Very close walking distance to everything touristy. You can also walk to catch the bus to Alhambra.

The hotel Is located in the historical city center, close to the main street where you can find shopping and restaurants. Very close to the cathedral. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast has different options of sweet and savory. The hotel doesn't have a parking, but it's convenient to park at Victoria parking, 2' walk.

The room was fine, but did not have a window which was very bothersome. There was nothing in the booking that indicated there would be no window in the room. I asked to extend checkout time by 30 mins and was told they could not accommodate. Given how many hotels are in the area, I would probably pick somewhere else next time.

Location is Excellent!
The hotel is very new or recently remodeled. Small, but quaint and friendly staff. Breakfast was “ok”. Rooms were very nice, the only draw back was the queen size bed is two twins pushed together. You can’t beat the location for access to old town and quiet!

The staff were exceptional. Special call out to Alex who gave us some excellent bar and restaurant recommendations. Room clean and great location. Only negative was some construction noise early in morning from surrounding buildings. Other than that would recommend.
