Our trip had been tormented by weather, we walked into the lobby, 4 hours early, exhausted(our appearance well revealed), the receptionist found us a room immediately, was so kind and accomodating, and no extra charge! Room was clean and comfortable. God bless such kind people.

Surprisingly exceptional!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Comfort Suites in Granbury, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and friendly service that made me feel right at home. The check-in process was quick and hassle-free, which was a great start to my visit. The room itself was immaculate—spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I could possibly need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring I got a great night's sleep after exploring the local area. Throughout our stay the staff was amazing. We enjoyed the positive atmosphere throughout the hotel! I highly recommend this hotel to friends and family. We will be back!

I was really impressed with this Comfort Inn the staff was great, It was extremely clean, the rooms were big and spaces and very up to date in decor. We didn't get a chance to take advantage of the pool or exercise room, but they looked very well taken care of. If we are in the area again, we would defiantly book there again.

The only issue we had was room wasn't ready at check-in. Website states 3 PM check-in, we arrived close to 4 pm. Within 20 minutes they gave us a key to room.

Booked a 2 queen bed reservation for 3 nights. When I arrived at 10:30pm they told me I was upgraded to a king without my permission without any communication. The front desk lady verbatim said “sorry about your luck”.
