Bed was bouncy so movement wakes your partner. Shower gel not adequate for one person much less two. No air conditioning (noted at check in). Window crank was broken. Screen had a large hole. Most of all the were abandoned vehicles in the parking lot. REALLY How can you feel safe in that environment? This is also a residence for many occupants.

It was absolutely beautiful. Almost like staying at home. Very close to our destination of Rocky Mountain National Park. Parking lot was the only negative. Needs to be set up better.

We like to stay there but were unaware the pool and hot tubs are under construction - one of the main reasons we stay at the hotel. Restaurant and bar were also closed for business. Very disappointing.

Very nice and helpful staff. Facility is very dated and in need of refurbishment. We had a defective refrigerator that cycled every two hours with a loud grinding noise. The property is well located for entry to Rocky Mountain NP and seemed to be fillng with Elk hunters during our visit.

Room was lovely (though only 1 coffee cup was provided). I tried to do a load of laundry, but after the washer ate $5 of quarters, I gave up. Off-site service company wouldn’t have gotten there before we were checking out.

Our stay was average. Room was nice but congested. View was impressive. Plumbing in building is an issue. When the room next door turned on the shower or flushed the toilet, it was extremely noticeable and disturbing.

There is no air conditioning, which is ok, however, the room below ours was smoking cigarettes and weed on their balcony which came right into our room. The only way to keep our room cool was of course to leave the window open letting the smells in. The room was also outdated and not very clean.

This was convenient for what I needed it for. The hotel needs to be badly updated. Noise volumes are not enforced. The Jacuzzi tub was not working and when I called the front desk to ask, it was just something else that has been run down. There was no compensation for the bad customer service that I received. But hey, it was a place to put my head right
