The guy at the front desk was amazing and great. And we understand the situation as they just kind of ended up with this motel after the passing of a father. But it’s kind of rough. I hope they can get it in better condition as time goes on because they’re lovely people, The sheets were clean you smell the Clorox the towels were clean, but the walls and the floor and the floorboards and not so much.
This was one of the worst places we've ever stayed. The room appeared to have been neglected for a long time, with visible cobwebs and dirt everywhere. The shower was non-functional, and the toilet clogged after just one use in the morning. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I definitely do not recommend it.
It was clean comfortable and friendly. Thank you from this tired traveler for checking me in early. It was much needed abs I appreciate your staff for allowing it.
I booked a room with this hotel for a family of seven who were so excited to go to Bearizona and see any kind of snow on the ground as well. They raved about the room and how much space there was and especially having three beds with that many people to accommodate was very much appreciated. An unexpected incident happened with the plumbing that created a situation where they had to leave the hotel for a majority of the second day booked. The hotel staff was so nice to them and fully refunded both days which I thought was extremely professional and courteous under the circumstances. They loved the area that the hotel is in as being very quaint and Serene and we'll definitely book at this hotel again for any future trips to the area. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a hotel in or around the Williams area!!
The older Indian man was aggressive & rude. I paid for my stay when I reserved the rooms but apparently he thought it's unreasonable to questioned why I was given a credit card receipt to sign. He rolled his, yelled "did I asked for your credit card?" I asked him to calm down and be more respectful and he just got more aggravated. He went on to complain how Expedia was the one who's making people sign the receipt as proof because "dishonest people" asked for refunds after their stay. He threw a room card down and proceeded to process our 2nd room. When he finally gave us our 2nd room's key card and receipt, I pointed out that he never gave us the receipt for the first room. He yelled at us again and said he did. I pointed at the surveillance camera and asked him to check his footage, he yelled that the camera was a dud! We asked him to reprint the receipt, he slammed the credit card machine down in front of us and yelled he can't. The rooms were filthy and disgusting. I'll let the photos do the talking. We would have left but my family were really tired from the long drive. The next day another hotel guest lady asked if we had hot water. She said she reported the problem but the guy was rude and acted as if she was crazy. This place needs to be shut down.
