My wife dropped a diamond stud earring in the motel room. When we got home to LA we noticed it was missing but had no idea where it was lost. The motel called us and asked if we had lost an earring, I told them yes we were missing a diamond stud earring. They said they had it and would mail it to us. Wonderful!!!

Was outdated, no accommodation for a toddler (high chairs) there was bees everywhere and a ton in the pool. They also decorated with freaky statues that are clearly outdated and not worth looking at. No towels in the pool area too was very inconvenient.

The hotel is situated between the spectacular wonders of the Grand Canyon to the north and Sedona to the south. It avoids tourist traffic and overpriced hotels at those locations. The outdoor area with a pool and tub amongst trees and gardens is perfect for evening relaxation and conversation. The hotel is clean and well managed by friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Beautiful! This can easily be a destination place to stay. Had an excellent restaurant and a small gift shop onsite. There were inviting spaces outside to sit and relax plus a pool and spa. Rooms were spacious, clean and well appointed. I would stay there again!

The staff were nice and quick. The property is right off the forest and secluded. The downtown restaurants and shops are only a 5 min drive on Route 66.
