Front desk staff was very nice and accommodating at check in. The rooms are quite dated, but clean. It was convenient for pets. The breakfast selection was actually very good compared to newer hotels I have stayed at. Nice place, just dated. Fine for an overnight stay.

Well I’ve learned the BW name doesn’t mean anything in particular. I’m guessing they took over this motel at some point, which is very 1970’s in color and style. No issue with that but I do have issues with the misleading photos on their website. The rooms are tiny, which is cozy for sleep but depressing to hang out in. The hotel carpeting could be fun, in its orange and brown and other colors flowing pattern, but is so dirty. The pattern can’t hide that it needed a deep professional carpet cleaning eons ago. And perhaps it’s the old carpet?, but all the public areas smelled like cigarette smoke even though it’s a non-smoking hotel. The first room I was given was too traffic-noisy. I was able to get a quieter room at the back which they try to keep for pet rooms. It was delightfully quiet back there and the er, interesting way the rooms are laid out helps prevent other room noise. It’s not any cheaper than many other hotels in Flagstaff, so no excuses for the issues. Breakfast was good with lots of choices. There’s a pool and jacuzzi but I didn’t use them.

Great location and great stay.
This is our 2nd time staying here and it was great for the family. The location was great and my boys love the indoor pool and hot tub. The breakfast was good as well. This is definitely a place we book whenever we are in Flagstaff.

Breakfast is great.
Parking is not bad.The receptionists are friendly. The check in process is a breeze. I like the lobby. They need new hall and room carpets though. The walls are thin. I can hear every constant moves and bumps from the next room. I was able to sleep comfortably though. Our room door in 209 need some wd40 or some tightening of the screws. The room has the basic amenities, thanks for the hair shower cover and makeup remover. What I love most is the breakfast. It is amazing. I thought there'd be just donuts and coffee. The breakfast area is also spacious and relaxing. There are a number of places to eat at around. Walmart is close too. Overall, our 1 day stay was great. I can definitely stay there again.
