Nice clean room. Quiet. About a 1/2 mile to downtown Flag, so easily walking distance. Lowell Observatory was a short 2-mile drive.

simple, clean comfortable ,and great value
Typical motel room, a bit outdated but comfortable beds and extremely clean and well maintained. On a very busy street so expect a bit of traffic noise. Great value if you just need a clean, comfortable, and inexpensive place to spend a night or two

I use Budget Inn on my trips to Flagstaff to visit my daughter at NAU. Very close to the campus. It is a motel with clean and comfortable beds. Its great for the price.

I liked the close location to Northern Arizona University. I wish the heater would go to a higher temperature than 65. The room was large and clean. The beds were comfortable.
