It feels like I got catfished with this hotel booking. The reviews can't possibly be as good as they claim. There's no parking available for my truck and trailer, the AC is ridiculously loud, and while they mentioned the rooms were renovated, my room still had the old tub. It seems like they just replaced the carpet but left some of the bathroom items untouched.

Under Construction and No Hot Water
We had no idea on booking that this hotel was currently under major construction. We arrived at 9pm after over 15 hours on the road (my husband on a motorcycle) and were only looking forward to a hot shower and some decent sleep. It was difficult to turn into the parking lot as it was mostly blocked with cones, very poorly lit, and no clear signage offering directions to the entry. Once we got to our room, it was decently clean (a few stray hairs were missed on cleaning), but unfortunately there was absolutely NO hot water for bathing/showering. This was especially unfortunate since it was in the mid-30's and we woke to an unexpected snow storm the next morning, and no other rooms to move to. Usually, even 3rd party sites make you aware when properties are under construction.
