Just go right next door to a fully functioning hotel. This hotel is under construction. Can't get in through the front, you'll have to park your car and enter in the very back, dark, dimly lit address and hope nothing happens to your belongings. "Breakfast" so generously supplied by a multi-million dollar company, was some hostess snacks, cause the dining areas are also under construction. I got placed in the top floor, furthest from, so I had to lug all my items down the length of the whole hotel multiple times and up the stair case.... Because they don't have an elevator and one set of working stairs. Management wouldn't give their contact information, interestingly, as if they don't want complaints. Trust me, save your hard earned cash.

Hotel was under construction. I chose a suite to have a couch available for visitors. No couch in room. Cleaning staff unfortunately unfriendly and heard audible sighing while they were working. Surprised, not in a positive way, that the only microwave was in the lobby.

Great staff, but renovation creates inconvenience!

Great service and staff. The room is newly renovated, clean, and spacious. The bed is comfortable. But due to the ongoing renovation, there's lack of room for breakfast and very limited breakfast items for 2 days. There's no microwave in the room. The construction and noise started before 7 am some days. So the renovation did create moderate inconvenience. We booked our 4-day stay online without knowing what's going on. Otherwise, we would have not stayed here.

This hotel is under remodel. We understand a few things not up to par. I. Our room we had a table we coud not use, we were placed in thd back by the outside door which shook our walls when it opened and closed. No coffee maker in the rokm, nor fridge or microwave- even gjought their website said every room had one. Workers up early workjng - understandable. Went tk leave thd front door, they were working on the entrance, wires, ladders, unstable materials and we had to squeeze by. Seems dangerous to me. Front staff very friendly and kind. Will wait until work is complete before we consider staying again..if we do.

Parking was difficult due to the renovation. Many spots were filled with new and used furniture, I had to drive my one-ton with racks and tanks because my Jeep was in the shop for service. The staff was incredible, helped direct me to restaurants and told me to come to breakfast, (I couldn't do that though, fasting).They helped me with telephone and TV, then helped me find a better way to the orthopedic surgical center than Google sent me to. Kudos.
