When we walked in we were excited to rest after a long day of traveling check in was fine but when we got to our room we saw black stains on the bed and then checked the bed and saw there were signs of bed bugs and there was hair everywhere and a yellow circle in one section of the bed. The one chair had a stain on it.

It was just overall very dirty. I remember getting out of the Jacuzzi and my husband had a blue dirt line on his back from the inside of the pool. The room had odd smell that never went away. there is water damage on all the ceilings soap dispensers had a little to no soap pancakes for breakfast were uncooked. They came out raw. Pool area smelt like poop.

We've spend 1 night at Days inn, the area around was wonderful, but the room has the issue with the AC, it didn't work. We had the all night long with the heat. It's a good place to stay but maybe in winter.

This hotel was clean and friendly. The room was spotless.The bed was comfortable, with thick pillows. The hot tub and pool were nice. They offered real food for breakfast - eggs and sausage. Great value. The only improvement I could suggest was that the room had a shower, no bathtub.

Staff was great. Safety lock on door broken so they had to break us into room and didn't have a replacement. Breakfast wasn't great. No fresh fruit. Room was nice. Very clean. Williams is a really fun town.
