Nice clean room, but I was most impressed by the check-in; the gentleman saw my family had mobility issues and without prompting changed our rooms from the 2nd floor to the first, and then from "near each other" to "next to each other," all without our asking. It was refreshingly good, old-school service

They didn't have restrooms in the lobby. They had no information about the surrounding area. The front desk staff couldn't recommend a good place to eat. I requested a handicapped room for my mom and we didn't get it. Apparently there is only one and it was taken. Breakfast was okay but not much of a variety. I won't stay there again.

Had to clean the toilet myself after checking in. Old urine all over it. Bed sheets were dirty and found 4 hairs in the sheets. Killed a kissing bug and another bug in the room.

Horrible Hotel
Room was extremely small, no closet no space to put luggage or clothes. Bathroom unacceptable. (Looked like they patched the wall in 2 places and never cleaned drops of mud, sanded area and didn’t finish the job) Horrible noise- every door in hallway could be heard all night. Flushing of toilet was crazy loud. If you needed extra towels or linens guest was required to pickup front front desk. $30 early checkin fee (even for 5 minutes was required) DO NOT STAY HERE. You will regret it!

Huge 5G Antenna edge of property rude staff
Massive 5G Antenna array 30 feet away from the property. I checked in at night well disguised as a Pine Tree, or i would have never checked in. Do your own research and confirm this is a huge NO NO close proximity people and pets. Loud guests pacing on the second floor. Very rude staff. Coffee machine disgusting and so was the breakfast. I did not use the pool so can't comment about that. The Best Western Plus next to this dump is a far better option and the City of Williams has numerous Hotels far better than this at lower prices.
