I tried to check in at 2:30 and the guy working was like no you have to come back at 3:00. The parking lot was empty. He wouldn't even check if my room was ready. The room was great . Really clean. The staff was good after check in.

King bed seemed a bit old/worn out. Rest of furniture upgraded.Laundry washer/dryer nice 2 have but no laundry detergent or quarters for machines on site. Several options for contintial breakfast. Sundays were leftovers.

I would love to give this property 5 stars across the board, but there are 2 major things preventing that. SOME of the staff are terrible (while some are incredible). We were greeted and helped by some of the most friendly and helpful people during parts of our stay, but there were 2 individuals during our stay that do not belong in a public facing job. Rude, didn't care one bit about anything, just terrible customer service. The property is clean but during 4 days of stay there, I only had hot water twice. Upon speaking with the staff (unfortunately one of the times was with the bad staff), they said "Tell us if it keeps being cold for several days" and "Good luck taking a cold shower". Something to note... this is a 2 story hotel and has no elevator! You need to haul your bags up and down the stairs if you are on floor 2. Unrelated, but the Mexican restaurant next door is terrible. Bland food, bland drinks....You need to drive to every other food option but it's worth it. I wouldn't avoid this hotel in the future, but I'd probably look for another place first on future visits.

Poor experience

No Elevators and no advertising or notification about it when we booked, my day has bad knees and cannot climb stairs easily let alone carry bags up. The front desk clerk was nonchalant and said the first floor was sold out. The air conditioner in the room was EXTREMELY loud even on the lowest setting.

I highly recommend Days Inn at Williams. The place is newly remodeled. The indoor pool is great. The room was as pictured. Clean and nice. The staff was friendly and helpful.
