It was very hard to get pool towels. Both times we went swimming we had to ask for towels. The lady brought very few each time. Other than that the place is great

Less than desirable trips with hotels.com
This has become a repeated issue. Nosure if with hotels.com or the hotel itself. Non of the outlets worked. Usb did not work. Tv did not work. Allowed me to enter my passcodes, then froze. Indoor pool was cold. Manager offered to refund us 50 dollars in rewards for the trouble, but could not. Because we booked through hotels.com. this isn't my first time having issues with hotels.com. bookings. Think i may have learned my lesson this time. Mught not use them again.

It was convenient and close to several restaurants, some within walking distance. The hotel overall was clean and neat. The receptionist was most welcoming. Despite the traffic, it was quiet.

Great overnight for College visit
Stayed one night to visit NAU on Saturday and the room was great as advertised. Clean and beds were very comfortable. Refrigerator was in room for drinks for next day. Bathroom was very clean and liked the shower with glass closure. Overall very happy stay.
