The pool heater was broken so the pool was cold. There was black mold growing on the walls entering the pool area and the mold could be smelled in the main foyer and first floor hallway. We complained and they washed the walls with bleach, which doesn't kill mold so it just smelled like moldy bleach. We will not stay here again.

It was a great place to stay. Everyone was friendly. And hands down one of the BEST hotel breakfasts I’ve had. They kept everything replenished constantly up until the end. Great options that other hotels have not had.

The good: staff was friendly and breakfast in the morning was great. The bad: beds were horribly uncomfortably. The room, bathroom, elevator, and common areas were dirty. Pool was out of service.

The free breakfast was great. The pool heater was broken, but the kids still had fun swimming and enjoying the Jacuzzi. Our only complaint was the pull-out sofa bed was pretty uncomfortable compared to other pull-out beds we have used at other hotels. It was pretty thin and we could feel the springs.

Not what we paid for at all. $200 and I asked for a king bed. I got a double queen. The TV doesn’t work we call the front desk. They tried to blame it on weather however they haven’t had weather in over 48 hours. We called our friends that are also here and their TV works fine. We’re still waiting for a new room it’s midnight terrible terrible terrible service not worth the money that we paid.
