Disappointed in the morning staff and breakfast

Evening staff was friendly. Morning staff seemed more concerned about hanging out with friends and family and not taking care of guest. Took the family down to eat breakfast a good hour before they closed. The pancake machine was empty. Took them 30 minutes to put more mixture in it. No regular coffee. No forks. Every table was in a mess.

Place is great! Rooms nice and clean, easy to get to town, very nice facility. Now the breakfast that was included, not so good. Might be the worst eggs ever. lol. All in all if your looking for a nice safe place to stay this place is it.

Don’t Stay Here!!

This was one of the worst stays I had. I wanted to come to a clean hotel after driving for 6 hours. I got into my room, went to the bathroom and the shower was dirty, it looked like it had not been cleaned. The microwave was extremely dirty from the interior. The cabinets had random human hair balls. We went to the pool area, it was extremely dirty. At the end of my stay I went to check if they had cleaned it and they had not moved anything. It was still extremely dirty. The hot tub does not even work by the way and yet it was cleaner than the pool itself. The chair to move people with disabilities into the pool was also very rusty. The breakfast is not good, it is very bland and staff gave us dirty looks. The floor was constantly dirty by the elevator. The elevator was also extremely dirty, there was even a cigarette on the floor. The bedroom had a pull out sofa couch and the mattress is quite literally springs. The pillows are flat and the air conditioner smelled badly when it was turned on. They claim that “cleanliness is our promise” yet it seems like this is the opposite of what is happening. Management should be under review after looking at the conditions of this establishment, considering our stay of two nights was around $600 USD. The only good thing about this hotel was the distance between it and the Grand Canyon.
